It is heat burn (or sunscald) ,a common physiological disorder in chili plants. It occurs due to high temperatures, intense sunlight, spraying pesticides or fertilizers during the heat of the day, and sudden weather changes (such as from sunny to rainy conditions)

Apply calcium fertilizers and ensure proper water availability.
