Control Measures
Use egg and larval parasitiods to reduce the pest density
Egg parasitiods (Telenomus remus)
Egg and larval parasitiods (Chelonus heliopae)
Larval parasitoids (Apanteles rufierus/ Campoletes chloridae/Hyposoter didymator)
Conehead Cricket (Conocephlus Sp) eat rice cutworm’s eggs.
Chemical Control
Use (Cypermethrin/ fenvalerate/endosulfan/Quinalphos/ monocrotophos/ methomyl) at recommended rate.
