Irrigation

Nursery stage –Irrigate water to submerge nursery beds for 3 days ahead, for the easy removal of seedlings for transplanting. ( seedling stage)

 

Early growth stage – Maintain flooded condition during the early growth stage, typically about 2-3 weeks after transplanting. This helps roots establishment and initial plant growth. ( vegetative stage)

 

Panical initiation to flowering stage- Maintain the sufficient water level , ensuring that the soil is sufficiently mosit. Rice plants are particularly sensitive to water stress during flowering and grain development. (flowering stage)
