Infectious disease is the major disturbance in poultry production.

Prevention is better than curing. 

From the time of selecting chicks, healthy chicks from the disease-free regions must be selected.

Clean and quality feed, water, feeders and drinkers must be kept.

Chicken house sanitation must be carried out on a daily basis.

Chicken health can be checked by monitoring the color and composition of chicken droppings while cleaning the chicken house.

Chicken health can be monitored at the time of feeding and resting at perches.

Chickens must be vaccinated regularly.
