Please wait 3–4 days after spraying the selective herbicide before applying fertilizer. Although the herbicide targets weeds, it can still cause temporary stress or damage to the paddy plants. During this recovery period, the plants’ ability to absorb nutrients is reduced. Applying fertilizer too soon may result in poor uptake and lead to fertilizer waste. Waiting a few days allows the paddy plants to recover and ensures better nutrient absorption and more effective use of the fertilizer.
