It is leaf minier. You can use Abamectin. Acetameprid, Spinosad.If you tell detail your plantining rate, I can guide how much that you need to spray rate . Before spraying chemical, please try organic, neem oil first.

just apply fipronil 20% or Emamectin Benzoate 5-9%
