Must be stored in a safe warehouse, free from damage from pests such as mice, insects, birds, and not exposed to sunlight and rain
Before storing, dry the cashew nuts in a clean, dry place on a 10-meter-thick sheet or concrete for 3-4 days, for 2 hours, turning them up and down once. After drying, let them cool before storing them in a safe and well-ventilated place.
Store cashew nuts must have a moisture content of between 8-10%. If the humidity is lower, the nuts can easily break, or if it is higher, they can be damaged by insects and fungi.
