Treatment and prevention ( Blue ear disease )

• There is no treatment for this disease, but we can use antibiotics such as fenicol or oxytetracycline to combat the invasion of other diseases such as haemorrhagic septicaemia (HS), mycoplasma, and streptococcus.

• Because we have not yet identified the type of virus that causes blue ear disease: The Department of Animal Production and Veterinary has not yet approved the import or use of this vaccine.
