Monitoring and recording on in-pig

The soe can mate again every 21 days.

The sow will not find another male once it is pregnant.

Mating twice, 8-10 hours apart for gilt and 12 hours apart for older sows, will increase the sow chances of getting pregnant and having more piglets.

If the sow is not pregnant, they will seek for mating with boar again in 3 weeks (21 days) after mating.

Therefore, check the sow again after 18-24 days of mating, and then check again 6 weeks (42 days) after mating to make sure all sows are pregnant.
