Harvest

• Farming period of 8-10 months, weigh between 0.7-1.2 kg/head and can be harvested based on the season of fish shortage or high demand or when fish prices on the market are high.

• Farmers must be able to predict or estimate the yield of fish in the pond for collectors, preparing materials and transportation.

• Depending on the color of the fish body, the timing of nutrient addition can be determined to achieve the color required by the collector.

• Enhance fish health by adding Vitamin C in the feed 3-5 days before capture (dosage amount must follow the instructions) and suspend feeding 2-3 days before harvest.
