Preventing disease by vaccination

Do not use any vaccines or medications that have passed their expiration date, check the color of the medication and read the instructions use carefully and avoid using too much or injecting the medication in the wrong place, which can cause abscesses at the injection site.

Keep the vaccine refrigerated at 2-8°C if it is not yet opened, but if it is mixed, it should be used within 2-3 hours after mixing and should be kept in a refrigerator at all times. However, if the vaccine is inactivated (the vaccine is mixed with oil), it can be stored for 1 week.

Disinfect syringes and needles by boiling or soaking them in boiling water. Do not use alcohol or other chemicals, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the vaccine. Used syringes and needles should be thrown away in the trash or buried deep.

Shells or waste after use must be properly disposed of to avoid spreading diseases.

Inject into healthy animals according to the manufacturer instructions. Large pigs need to be restrained with a muzzle to prevent them from frenzy.
