Partial Harvesting

Partial harvesting can be done when fish become marketable size depending on the market and price.

Must reduce water level and use net in partial harvesting.

Partial harvesting can be done many times as necessary, but fish can get stress and injuries and pond become turbid.

Therefore, a lot of fish can be harvested at a time and some of the remaining fish can be hold within fish pond with a hapa to sell later. 

Use soft net to minimize the injuries to fish.

Partial harvesting should be done in the morning and water should be filled to original depth immediately after harvesting since water in the pond is reduced.
