Brown blood disease occurs when nitrite levels are too high.

Nitrite poisonous fish are always cause fish surprise.

The fish gill not bright red, external of the body look clean and normal, while the internal liver is pale, with bruised black of gallbladder.

There are several treatments and solutions, including:

Exchange the water according to the level of toxicity.

Nitrite level greater than 0.3 mg per liter of water, change 50% of the water twice a week and wait to see how the fish are activities.

After pumping water, add 0.10 to 0.5 grams of salt per liter of water.

-Nitrite (N02) less than 0.2 mg/L is safe

- Nitrate (NO₂) more than 0.5 mg/L is unsafe and highly toxic.
